What is Root & Sprig?

Root and Sprig is a fine fast-casual food and beverage concept created to improve hospitality in healthcare spaces and their surrounding communities. From culinary-inspired offerings to guest-focused service, we believe in delivering a customer experience that feels like home.

Are you only open to hospital workers, guests and visitors?

Not at all. While we are located within healthcare facilities, we welcome all guests to drop by and enjoy our menu selections.

Do you offer delivery outside of the hospital, school or healthcare facility you are in?

Absolutely. Order from our delivery partners at DoorDash for our in-store menu or contact us at catering@rootandsprig.com for any catering orders.

Do you deliver to guest rooms?

Access to the hospital guest rooms and various buildings vary. Please contact our support team at (646) 863-8590.

Do you give back to the community?
